Si al intentar arrancar Vagrant:

vagrant up

Nos aparece este error:

Vagrant exited after cleanup due to external interrupt.

y

Guest-specific operations were attempted on a machine that is not
ready for guest communication. This should not happen and a bug
should be reported.

Tratad de arrancarlo «reaprovisionándolo»:

vagrant reload --provision
